We will look after your home and ensure that everything is taken care off while you are away. From cleaning, managing household accounts, improvements, appointments and much more. 
 
INSPECTION CHECKLIST AND REPORTING
With a detailed checklist we will tour your property starting from the right side checking everything single aspect that could jeopardize your structure, your furniture and of course the neighbors. As each item on the checklist in ticked off, the person doing the inspection is verifying that each component is inspected. 
 
HANDYMAN SERVICES 24/7
With an ample list of Handyman and third party contractors and specialized companies we will make sure to fix, repair and maintain any part your property requires. 
 
OPENING, CLOSING AND ON SITE SUPERVISION
Need help opening and closing for a special task, do you need us to receive packages and let workers in and supervise their stay, no problem we will take care of that. 
 
VEHICLE START UP
We will make sure your vehicle receive the proper care it needs and we will keep you informed of any issues we see.
 
VENDOR RELATIONS
